As a local Park City realtor I’m always looking for good food beyond the tourist trap of Main Street. Taste of Thai is a small chain restaurant out of Salt Lake City, so it truly is local! I often get the pineapple curry and the pad Thai. Both dishes are incredible! My guests love the large yet cozy space. I split between takeout and eating in. Hidden in Kimball Junction, it’s a place for locals to dine, but I’m hoping this review inspires tourists to come outside of Main Street and try some of the amazing food!

I probably would have dinged this restaurant 1 star because the dining room feels like an after thought and the service is kind of weak (honestly, this feels like a take out place that wants to offer a dine-in option). But my daughter thought the food was so good that she told me it would be wrong to leave anything short of all 5 stars. I must admit, the Mango Sticky Rice was outstanding and my Chicken Pad Thai was as good as I’ve ever had it. The portions were big and the prices didn’t break the bank (a true feat in Park City). Both the dining room and the bathroom were clean. We walked in without a reservation and they sat us immediately. (Although I will definitely say that it was COLD, since their dining room opens right onto the street.)

Built up an appetite while shopping at the nearby outlets and found this amazing Thai restaurant. We were starving and ordered several plates. The drunken noodles with beef were delicious, spicy but not overwhelming, and nicely prepared. The Tom Yum soup had several pieces of juicy shrimp, and wonderful flavor. My favorite entree was the pineapple curry with chicken, and the combination of yellow curry, chicken, fresh cut pineapple and peppers made for a perfect bite with some white rice. Never had it anywhere before. The mango sticky rice dessert was also amazing! The rice was greenish, and made wish pandan leaves I think(?), that gave it a wonderful sweet, fragrant flavor. We devoured it, even though we were so full lol great spot, must try when in Park City, especially after shopping at the outlets!

The fresh roll super delicious and fresh, curry was amazing, definitely ya got to try the taste of that special too especially Taste of Thai salmon very very good!

This has became a new favorite for us. My husband got the Red Curry, I got the Thai Fried Rice with Beef. The ingredients were fresh, portion sizes perfect and service was fast, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend. The vanilla mochi was so soft and delicious. It was vanilla bean ice cream, not French. We will be back. Thanks again!

Authentic, fresh Thai cuisine served by friendly, polite staff. Not a formal dining atmosphere, but the food is SO good and the value can't be beat! Everything just tastes fresh and delicious.

I’m a Thai traveler visiting Park City, and I stumbled upon this gem. This is the most authentic Thai food I’ve had in America. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend trying their Pad Thai the noodles are imported directly from Thailand and are incredibly hard to find elsewhere!

The food is delicious and outstanding! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and staff here, everything we ordered was so fresh and flavorful. Curry Dumpling appetizer was the best along with Garden Roll served with peanut sauce well recommended for appetizers. Tom Yum hot and sour soup is just super authentic. Don’t missed out to order Phad Thai and Phad See Ew for the main course you won’t be disappointed, we definitely comeback!
